Edit: It looks like Cyclone Accel Xtreme made his appearance on yesterday's episode of Kamen Rider W 43. It was merely a show and tell moment of what CAX would look like. What you are look at is Cyclone Accel Xtreme... glowing in a pit of fire... There isn't much info on these but I'll try and do as much research on this. However I think CAX is part of a special DVD.
