Phillip a "NEVER" member??!!

OK! Back from Scans hunting! YES! I found this.

We're all clueless of why Phillip is wearing a "NEVER" Jacket. The very scan that start the question is the pic below.

Huh? Did Phillip got kidnapped or was he under cover, and he was accepted due to his brain full of knowledge???

Actually, other previous scans had Phillip wearing a "NEVER" jacket! WHY??! Well.. I'm not really sure of what happen to Phillip, but according to Wiki, what leads to Shoutaro using the Joker T2 Memory and the lost driver is due to Phillip being kidnapped by the "NEVER". And there's rumours around that says Phillip is Cyclone Dopant. Hmmm.. The, to find out some more clues, I went and search for more pics..

WHAT? Brain electrocution? Hmm... maybe a brainwashed machine.. or maybe.. something else.. Like a knowledge absorber.. I'm not so sure.. It's really unexplainable til we see the movie.

It seems that the "Never" members here was planning to used the T2 cyclone memory.. But on who? It seems to be on Phillip and another unknown suspect.. hmmm... Why I said another unknown suspect? Check this one out.

See that?! That Kamen Rider W Heat Metal! vs Cyclone Dopant. Without Phillip, there's no way that Shoutaro himself can transform into Heat Metal. Unless there's a second user...
So, I'm only making false prediction. So, don't 100% put trust in what I've interpreted.
