The preview for episode 46 of Kamen Rider W is leaked and now up on YouTube.
Yobuko, a user over at 2ch, has been posting many rumors about Kamen Rider W lately. One of them included Phillip dying by falling down a well. At the end of this preview, we see that Ryubee is trying to push Phillip down a well. Could it really be the death of Phillip? There was also a dragon fighting Accel attached to the Turbular. This dragon is the rumored Terror Dragon. For those interested in the latest rumors, here they are. Two of them are already confirmed to be real.
Terror will summon Terror Dragon.
Mick will die. Phillip will die by falling down a well. and live on as a mass/lump of data.
In the movie there will be a CJX with wings.
They want to revive the Ishinomori universe, so they will make a compilation of 5 short stories.
First up is Kikaider. Hakaider's suit will be installed upon Kikaider and it'll be known as Kikaider Slash.
Next is, Henshin Ninja Katsuhi (勝飛?). Possibly a sequel to Henshin Ninja Arashi.
Third is, Inazuman Spark.
Kaiketsu ZZ, possibly Kaiketsu Zubat sequel.
