There's a big connection between Foundation X and Kamen Rider OOO's Kogami Foundation. According to the image, it seems that Foundation X is also the organization behind the creations of the O medals, which means they may have something to do with the awakening of the Greeds and Yummies. Unlike other Riders (From Ryuki series to Decade series), W and OOO seem to come from the same Rider world (or dimension). I'm still not sure whether it's true, but it seems that way to me.
