A set of scans is now available on the net, regarding episode 4-5. So, any of you hold on to the policy of none spoiler articles, Skip this... ^.^
A bunch of scans showed up on tokusatu related forums and blogs. So, let's take a clear look at the human forms of the greeeds.
So far, I got clearer scans for Uva, Gameru and Mezuru. But for Kazari, I can't get a stand alone scan for him. According to source, Mezuru takes the shape of a young girl in order to blend in with the society. Her goal is to collect all the Core Medal and create new Cell Medals. So, there's a chance that OOO/Eiji will bump with her since she took a guise of a ordinary looking schoolgirl.(and cute too.. :P)
A little short synopsis on the episodes and related images,
(Episode 4) Ankh is barely surviving just as an arm together with OOO. The other Greeeds decide to aim for OOO. Kazari confronts Ankh and proposes an idea "Throw away OOO, work with me as a fellow Greeed."
(Episode 5) The head of the Kougami Foundation meets Ankh and Eiji. He suggests that they share the medals. Eiji refuses and leaves. Uva
takes this opportunity and attacks Eiji. Because Ankh isn't present, Eiji isn't able to use the medals to transform. The Greeed Mezuru sees a young girl shopping and targets her body.
(Episode 6) Shintaro Goto shows up to help Eiji. Ankh goes to the Kougami Foundation and ends up trying out Kougami's suggestion.
Mezuru creates a Piranha Yummy (See picture) to fight OOO. Mezuru puts a Cell Medal inside a passing by person which creates an egg which a Yummy is hatched from. It has to be taken care of carefully in an elegant style. From the egg a bunch of Yummies are born. The amount of Cell Medals are large as well.

(Still Episode 6) Ankh is being sly as ever and creates a fight between the other Greeeds. Ankh tells Uva that Kazari actually has one of Uva's Core Medals. Kazari finds a silver-haired man and uses his body. The Greeeds starts to grow suspicious of each other.
Episode 7: Gameru goes out observing humans, he takes a special interest in a matrimonial quarreling couple. Ankh uses the iPhone to search for medals, because there is an app for that.
Episode 8: The Greeeds attack Ankh and is heavily wounded. He's desperately trying to flee
