Coming back to you with a little improvised info on Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider OOO & W feat. Skull: Movie War core. Compare to previous post, there are some mistakes made on the info in it. So, here's a deeper info and more image to support the info available.

Here are some deepen info on the first 2 parts of the Movie, which is Kamen Rider W: Kamen Rider Skull's Massage for W & Kamen Rider OOO: Nobunaga's Desire.

Kamen Rider W:Skull's Message for W
A mysterious monster(obviously a Yummy because it's a crossover movie with OOO) fights Kamen Rider W. And later Accel came along with Akiko came running as a bride with the Akiko Slipper hitting Terui on his head. It was actually their wedding ceremony and a monster came flew in interupting the ceremony. Causing Terui to ran off with the Engine blade and all set for battle and angered Akiko because of being distracted into the battle.

Later, they discover that the mysterious monster held a memory to himself and ran away with it. The story later leads to the scene of Fuuto City in 1999.

We viewers will be brought back to Fuuto city of 11 years ago from current time. Back in these days, Our famous hardboiled Detective is active in solving crimes with several new characters introduced relating to the case he is on.

Narumi Sokuchi(played by Koji Kikkawa) was back than a detective working in his private agency. Back than, Shoutaro wasn't around as the kiddish apprentice like we see in the previous Movie taisen 2010.
Here, we were introduced to several foreign new characters. Most of them weren't mentioned in the series even though some are close friends of his.
As we can see, he didn't wear his famous white tux with a white fedora. So, it's probably before the time he gained his Lostdriver and Skull memory.

A new character is introduced thus he is actually a closed person to Sokuchi. Matsu(played by Yamamoto Taro) who is Sokuchi's partner(similar to Phillip's position to Shoutaro). His real name is Matsu Seichiro.
He is the one responsible in making documents coming from various books to back up Sokichi's investigations.
So, he is somewhat a fileekeeper and a kinda brainiac like Phillip.

NO!~ You are not blind. It is Yamamoto Hikaru who played this lady. She looks must mature(not to mentioned HOT!~) as this character than playing the role of Akiko.
Here's Mellisa, a popular opera singer in Futo and it is possible that she is Sokichi's wife and Akiko's mother. She is said to be targeting a certain Spider Man(In other words, a spider-looking dopant).

If you watched the first episode of Kamen Rider, Spider Man is the name of Kamen Rider's first monster that he defeated and since then, its a running tradition that a spider monster will be the first monster a Kamen Rider will beat. Will this be the first monster Sokichi will fight as Kamen Rider Skull?

Another new character is introduced besides the rest mentioned. Here's Komori Hachisu(played by Kadeno Reon). A lady who is a museum merchant. She is a cold-blooded women who speaks ruthlessly and is said that she will used a gaia memory to turned herself into a dopant(maybe she is the so-called spider man that Mellisa is looking for).
I also assumed that, she might be Mellisa's rival cause she seems to be a somewhat high-class person who is jealous of Mellisa. (Note, this is just an assumption by me, don't take this seriously).

Kamen Rider OOO: Nobunaga's Desire

Kougami Foundation created a homuculus out of Nobunaga's body. Nobunaga was actually a Japanese Shogun during the 16th Century, Oda Nobunaga was a real person. The homunculus later escapes from the laboratory. A mysterious monster starts killing people, while Eiji meets a young man who has lost his memories. The nature of monster is unknown. He kill only the progeny of the war-torn country military commander and leave the paper which wrote a family crest in the spot.

Akechi Yoshino (Sayako), Hina's senior, She is a descendant of Mitsuhide Akechi. She dream of continuing dancing as a ballerina.

Ankh later spotted a screaming lady who was attacked by a monster. To his surprised, the monster isn't a greeed nor a yummy. What is this mysterious monster that he had encounter?(The answer is obvious to us, definitely a dopant)

The above image shows Nobunaga(played by Ookuchi Kengo). I don't know why is he in full formal suit. But it is actually him whom Eiji met.
Eiji came across with the young man who loss his memories. Eiji protected the young Nobunaga, he seems not to remember anything except his last name. They both come to work as part-time together. What's the mystery behind this man? Is he a friend or a foe?
