New Poster for Kamen Rider OOO & W: Movie War Core

This time, we have the second Rider included in the poster. This could mean that he plays a significant role in this movie. There's still no name for this Rider, however it's rumored name is Kamen Rider Birth. Below are some rumors about Birth and the upcoming ShaUTa combo for OOO.

Birth is a Gacha Rider.
Cell Medals are supposed to be put inside his belt.
He's able to change his arm into construction site equipment. There are 6 in total, 2 of them are Crane and Drill.
Scorpion and Crab Cell Medals are included with the toy.

ShaUTa combo's debut is in February.
The arms are equipped with whips that glows.
He has 4 legs. The legs are able to spin like the octopus can.
