Regarding the Japan Post Restriction of Int'l Shipping to the U.S. from Nov.17th, 2010

Dear everyone,

Japan Post (JP) has announced their press release on Nov. 12th, 2010, about the restriction of the items exceeding 453g to U.S. as well as US territories/possessions such as Guam and Saipan by AIRMAIL, SAL, and EMS, effective from Wednesday, November 17th. This is JP's one of the terror prevention measures to meet with the series of heightened security requirements on the U.S. side.

JP's Offcial Announcement (Japanese) : http://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/information/2010/1112.html
[note: English version is not yet updated at JP website yet]

However, this restriction has exceptions:
1. A business with a monthly payment contract with Japan Post.
2. Transactions made at Post Office with Fee meters

As for CSTOYS International, we have the monthly payment contract with Japan Post and we are not effected by this new regulation and we continue to ship our toys to our customers in U.S. even under this new restriction.

Thank you and we sincerely hope this information will help you in many ways.

Best Wishes,

Masaki Seike
