Cheers for the reply, Mr.S! Also, thank you to PacKing and PacQueen for being there to add their input. I couldn't watch all of the video, because UStream was being dumb so it wouldn't let me watch from past 53 minutes, but I did get to see all of my questions answered. I'm just going to reply to those. You don't have to make a video replying, it's not expected, though I wouldn't complain if you did. But I would like a response to the next thing I'm going to say, in text or video.
I completely agree about people ordering in one cart, because I'm a green shark. But you misunderstood my question. I'm talking about when things are ordered in one cart. The price seems to jump so high when more things are added. I understand that the prices are based on weight and such, but ProStores charges us the exact same amount again. Here's a made up example, so the prices aren't right, but it should explain what I'm trying to say a bit better.
Imagine shipping for a figuart costs 1500yen. In that shipping cost is packaging (including box), PacKing's payment and the actual shipping fee. I add another figuart to my cart, I get charged another 1500yen. That makes no sense, as I'd already be paying for a box and PacKing's services in the first shipping charge. I appreciate that you don't know how to fully use ProStores yet and that it takes time, but there has to be something done about this. If you can't find out how, maybe it's just a case of getting in contact with ProStores. It might be a bit of a hassle, but it'll save your customers a lot of money.
Next, I'm very happy that you're going to not put new items on the eBay store. I also want you to know that CS Toys trying new things isn't considered a bad thing, I think it's great! At the end of the day you're doing things that will help the business grow and become better for both you and the customers. I'm also glad that you can see when things aren't working out quite how you wanted them to and back down. Honestly, I'm SUPPPPAR pleased about this. Regarding keeping loose/boxed items on eBay, I'm totally fine with that. They are hard to find, so people should have to bid on them. My problem was all with new items going on eBay. They were going for such unfair prices. I know it's hard to define 'fair', but paying $60 for something that'd usually cost $12? I think that one kinda speaks for itself.
The whole thing I said about treating us like idiots was maybe uncalled for, but if you look at the things I was talking about, I think you can see why I said it. Anyways, I know things won't happen overnight. Don't forget that all of the customers, me included, are supporting you all the way. That is, as long as we're treated with respect. I'm pleased these issues have been addressed and that my post did some good. Keep on rockin', Mr.S!
This next bit is for all of the customers who read my previous post and weren't happy with it. I tried to tone this one down a bit for ya, hope this works. I honestly fucking hate talking like this, but hey. I hope everyone understands why I made that post. Attention needed to be brought to those topics, and look, it has. I think things will be made better as a result of Mr.S hearing about the problems we were having. Another thing I'd like to say is that posting that was so hard to do. I didn't know what the reaction would be, I didn't know if I'd lose friends over it. I didn't know if CS Toys would get mad or whatever, but the point is, it had to be said. In the future I'll try and keep the swearing and stuff to a minimum, like in this post. But also like in this post, a few bad words might slip out.
That's all I have to say, and now I can go back to playing Red Dead Redemption. Ciao!
