Here's the new CSToys International Live Streaming's (UStream) Schedules.

New Schedules for both Okaido Store and Online Store
From February 1st, we are to change our live stream schedules:

• TUESDAY(Packing Day 1) : Pack-and-Ship Show from 2 to 4PM JST
• WEDNESDAY : Additional store activation from 8PM JST, if there is any item to be added.
• THURSDAY(Packing Day 2) : Packing Stream with PackPrince, 11AM to 4PM JST. No Audio.
• FRIDAY : Unboxing Live Show from 10 to 11PM JST as we get new deliveries.
• "The Alternative Show" a live stream from Okaido will be scheduled either on Friday
afternoon, Saturday or even Sunday. We will announce the schedule accordingly on our site.

"Heroes To Rescue" Donation Ceremony with UNICEF

The "Heroes To Rescue" charity campaign that was held from December 6th and end on December 25th has successfully raised a total of ¥ 13,500 (USD 135) while last year charity campaign "Charity 100" raised a total of ¥ 12,500 (USD 125). On today's live show, the donation money were accepted by the same Representative last year from UNICEF's Japan, Ehime Area Committee; Ms. Mika Tanioka. We all in here would like to say thanks for those who have participated and donated the money for this mission. Like Mr.S said before; "You are not just saving money, you are saving the world too!".

Like the previous Charity Campaign's "Charity 100" but this year with a whole new concept; "Heroes To Rescue" and categories; "Rescue 100, Rescue 300, Rescue 500 & Rescue 1000." CSToys eBay situations and news from Toyman

Henshin! CSTOYS 2

Dear Everyone,

We appreciate letting us know how we are doing and it was a great opportunity to have a live chat and talk conference with you. We have just started improving our services as of today, November 11, 2010, and we would like you to know the changes we made:

1. Removal of "Estimated Shipping" from our shopping cart

It has been pointed out by many people, and we also knew, this "Estimated Shipping" which you probably have seen in your shopping cart was quite a misleading information for many of our customers since it was showing only "estimated" shipping fee even our customers are not signed in. Without the registration to our store and sign in, ProStores' system does not know which part of the world you come from, and it didn't make sense at all to show the "estimated shipping" without the address our customers want us to send to. This is probably our another issue to work with ProStores some other time but we finally took it off because people are easily misguided and they think their shipping charges are inflated somehow.


To see the actual shipping fee, please sign in or give it your shipping address so the store can tell you exact shipping fees. And of course, you can cancel your order just before you proceed checkout.

2. NEW Shipping Fee = Japan Post Int'l Shipping Charge + 500 yen (Packing Cost)

What is "packing cost"? It is not the international shipping fee or charge, but another required cost to deliver your toys to your doors. It includes a strong shipping box, bubble wrap to protect your items (or kill your time too :-), and of course, the labor fee for our PacKing, Paqueen, and now Pack Prince as well. Without these minimum handling charges, your items would ever reach your door. We would like you to see and understand that "Packing cost" is also another very essential fee for us and for you too. We looked at our shipping cost configurations at ProStores again and we figured out a way to charge only 500 YEN extra to Japan Post's International Shipping Fees to cover the cost of box, bubble wrapping, and other. This means you can add more toys to your shopping cart as long as the size of our shipping boxes allows you by paying only 500 yen extra to pack your items secure with bubbles by hands of our packing team, transport to your door safely protecting the items with the a brand new box.

Please let us know how we are doing with these changes, and our Henshin has just begun, and we know there are more things we need to pay attention, listen, and improve. We sincerely hope we can keep bringing our toys at our best to you more.

Payment transactions policies for Credit cards, Money Orders, and Checks

We have made some changes in our payment transactions policies for Credit cards, Money Orders, and Checks.

1. Changes in Handling Credit Card Transactions at www.cstoyjapan.com

3. Winter Sale Vol.1 (Oct. 14 to Dec. 31, 2010)

1. Changes in Handling Credit Card Transactions

We have been using both "Paypal Website Payment Pro" service and "Paypal Website Payment Standard" service to handle our customers' credit cards. However, the former service is only provided to, not Japan, but US only, and it has been our challenge to manage all the credit card transactions handled by the service until now. This caused us more time to process orders and services, and also possibly this might be the cause of the infamous "Error code: 10001" issue since we have been using "Paypal Website Payment Pro" from both side, US and Japan.

To make the credit card transactions simpler for our customers and us, we have decided not to use "Paypal Website Payment Pro" but only to use "Paypal Website Payment Standard" :

-To make the checkout process simpler for our customers
-To avoid infamous "Paypal Error code: 10001" issue among our customers
-To handle various credit cards from the world

2. Temporary Discontinuance for Money Orders and Checks

We have been handling Money Orders and personal checks from our customers, but we have came to conclude that we need to stop handling it with the following reasons until we find a reasonable solution to start it again:

-Money Orders are difficult to track and often take more than a week or more to clear the payments.
-There are growing cases that some customers make a few orders by Money Orders, and keep the items for more than 2 weeks in pending and leaving them as they are, and most cases are no payment at the end. And this has been causing a lack of items for those who need them most.

3. Winter Sale Vol.1 (Oct. 14 to Dec. 31, 2010)

We will be having few sales before Christmas and the new year. And we will be bringing a few features to our store eventually. Please wait for the first Winter Sale from soon :-)

First of all I want to thank everyone for their support. We hit a few glitches the first day, but we pulled it off in the end. We're glad that those of you on the live stream could join us.

Looking back, it was a lot of work to put together this kind of organization to work a con, even if we were only just exhibitors. We got Mr. S out from Japan. I had my friend Steve flown in from Florida. I came in from San Francisco. And last but not least, my trusty friend, Uglyonger, without whose help, CS Toys would not be possible. And plus we shipped everything to his house.

It was great to be able to match faces to the names who I have only known as text on an order sheet.

It was also very humbling to see people pass by multiple times and make multiple purchases.

To be asked to have a picture taken with me and even my autograph!!! It brings a smile to my face that people think so highly of us.

I am also a fan like everyone else. I was just lucky enough that my hobby was viable enough to become a business where we can help spread the fandom across the world.

We've heard multiple times that we were the

best booth. We were only the best because we had the best customers.

Scott Zillner hooked it up at the end of morphicon by hooking up CS Toys with the rest of the Red Ranger bags. If that wasn't enough, we even got some of the con exclusive prints featuring Rita and the other bad guys.

We're making these available with T-Shirt and Cap purchases. I have lots of Red Ranger bags left and 40 of the Rita & Co. prints. And for 4 lucky people, a Dragon Ranger print. The bags have already been made and it will be random.

Once again, I thank you all for being awesome CS Toys customers.
